About the project
CARPRO asked us for support in collecting and managing data on product warranties. In response to their needs, we created an advanced application that consists of three key modules.
A warranty generator for detailing workshops, which allows them to create and manage warranty documents. A warranty verification module, which allows them to check the status of their warranty in a simple way. And an administration panel, which provides full control over the system. Administrators can manage all aspects of the application, monitor generated warranties, analyze data on warranty usage.

During our work, we went through the stages of workshops, the creation process, developing mockups, designing the design, ending with the implementation and publication of the application on a dedicated infrastructure.

Solutions
- We have developed intuitive and user-friendly interaction paths for both detailing workshops and end customers. A system has been created for workshops that enables quick generation of guarantees and easy documentation management, while for customers – a simple and transparent method of verifying the guarantee status.
- We have implemented the functionality of generating unique guarantee codes, which enables precise identification and tracking of each guarantee. Additionally, the system has been equipped with verification mechanisms that minimize the risk of errors and abuse.
- Administrators can easily monitor generated guarantees and analyze data regarding their use. This panel provides full control over the processes, which facilitates effective management and support for end users and detailing workshops.
Process
Workshops
Analysis of the main project assumptions, definition of key functions, development of architecture and selection of appropriate technologies.
UX / Design mockups
Development of the service structure, key interaction paths and modules. Design of an aesthetic and functional interface, consistent with the visual identification.
Programming
Implementation of modules based on designs, integration with the CMS system, implementation of planned functions and optimization.
Publication / Maintenance
Preparation, delivery and maintenance of working and production environments. Ongoing support, monitoring and development of the solution, including the introduction of new functionalities and improvements.
Already at the registration stage, the user selects which workshop they represent and what certifications they have. Thanks to this, the CARPRO team can link them to the products they can apply and add them to their warranty management panel.
We have designed a functionality that allows easy searching of records by key data, such as warranty numbers, product codes or purchase dates. The system provides quick filtering of results, which improves the efficiency of data management.
We have integrated a warranty validity check form into the website, which allows users to quickly and conveniently verify their warranty status directly on the website.
